It took place over a period of two days on April 28th and 29th, 1995, but did not air in North America until August 4, 1995[1], when WCW broadcast a selection[2] of matches from the show on pay-per-view. The event was the first PPV from a North American wrestling promotion to be held in North Korea, and holds the current record for the largest attendance for a wrestling event with a total of 340,000 people in attendance over the two days.
NJPW's Hidekazu Tanaka was the ring announcer for the show, while Masao Tayama and Tiger Hattori refereed the matches. Commentary for the WCW pay-per-view presentation of the event was provided by Eric Bischoff, Mike Tenay and Kazuo Ishikawa.

- Pegasus pinned Scorpio after a diving headbutt.
- Yuji Nagata defeated Tokimitsu Ishizawa (4:28)
- Nagata forced Ishizawa to submit with a crossface.
- Masahiro Chono and Hiro Saito defeated El Samurai and Tadao Yasuda (8:06)
- Chono pinned Samurai with a flying shoulderblock.
- Bull Nakano and Akira Hokuto defeated Manami Toyota and Mariko Yoshida (8:34)
- Nakano pinned Yoshida after a top rope legdrop.
- IWGP Heavyweight Champion Shinya Hashimoto fought Scott Norton to a time-limit draw (20:00)
- Hashimoto retained the title as a result of the draw.
- Road Warrior Hawk defeated Tadao Yasuda (2:21)
- Hawk pinned Yasuda after a flying clothesline.
- The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott) defeated Hiroshi Hase and Kensuke Sasaki (11:51)
- Scott pinned Hase after a Steiner screwdriver.
- Antonio Inoki defeated Ric Flair (14:52)
- Inoki pinned Flair after an enzuigiri.
