Founded on 1931, in a fusion of the Biguá and the Club Biarritz, the club is polisportive, and have others sports. The club win three federal tourneys (Uruguay most important tournament until year 2000). The team became the champion in 2007, of the Liga Uruguaya de Basketball, the new format of the basketball league of Uruguay.
