Ogilby, 1894Synonyms Heteroclinus whiteleggii, known commonly as the Whitelegg's weedfish in Australia,[2] is a species of clinid in the genus Heteroclinus.[3] It is a tropical blenny found in reefs around New South Wales, Australia, in the southwestern Pacific Ocean.[3] It was named by J.D. Ogilby in 1894, originally under the name Clinus whiteleggii,[4] and can reach a maximum length of 10 centimetres.[3]
