Young (birth registered January→March 1945 (age 65–66) in Hull district[1]) is an English former professional rugby league footballer of the 1960s, who at representative level has played for Great Britain, and at club level for Hull Kingston Rovers, playing at Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5.
International honours
Chris Young won caps for Great Britain while at Hull Kingston Rovers in 1967 against Australia (3 matches), and France (2 matches).[2]
Chris Young was selected for the Great Britain Squad whilst at Hull Kingston Rovers for the 1968 Rugby League World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. However, along with Derek Edwards of Castleford, he did not participate in any of the three matches.
