From 1985 to 1996 he was Gloucester Diocesan Officer for Ministry and then a Residentiary Canon at its Cathedral until his elevation to the Episcopate. His current chaplain is Timothy Caradoc Platts, also Priest-in-Charge of Elmstead Market. A keen hill walker,[7] Bishop Christopher is married to Anne, with two children.[1]
