China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. (Public, TSX: CGG, SEHK: 2099) is a Vancouver, Canada-based gold production company, engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of mineral properties in China. The company's principal property (began in July 2007) is the Chang Shan Hao Gold Mine (CSH Gold Mine) in Inner Mongolia. It holds a 96.5% stake in the CSH Gold Mine, while its Chinese joint venture partner holds the remaining 3.5% interest. The company's other properties include the Dadiangou project in Gansu Province, where the company has completed a total of 14,910 m drilled in 68 diamond drill holes. The company also holds two exploration permits in Xinjiang.
China National Gold, a Chinese state-owned enterprise and the largest gold producer in China owns approximately 41% of Jinshan Gold Mines' shares.
