The Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity (Chinese: 亞太創意技術學院), formerly known as Chin Min College of Technology and Commerce (親民技術學院), is an educational college in Taiwan.
Founded as the Chin Min Junior College of Technology and Commerce by Jou Benchi and Chen Kuan-hua in 1988, it took its current name in 1993.
As of 2004[update] it has approximately 6,800 students and 250 administrative and teaching staff.
