Boulenger, 1908Chilotilapia is a monotypic genus of cichlid fish. The single species, Chilotilapia rhoadesii, is called Malawi Bream due to its looks. But it is quite unrelated to the breams proper, which are Cypriniformes.
C. rhoadesii is endemic to Lake Malawi in east Africa.
