Cetana Psb Intellis International College is a college located in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. It offers Vietnamese secondary school leavers taught internationally recognised English, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, and Tourism programmes. The college was founded in September 2003 by Mohan Coomaraswamy, a Singapore national, and is a 100% foreign owned entity.

PSB College in Viet Nam is partnered with PSB Academy, Singapore. This Academy offers programs built around practical learning for the workplace. PSB College is accredited by EduTrust Caption status under Singapore's Council for Private Education. This accreditation was granted on 20 May 2010, for having achieved higher standards in key areas of management and the provision of educational services.
