Nikolay Brusentsov

Nikolay Brusentsov, born February 7, 1925 in Kamenskoe (Ukrainian SSR) is a Russian computer scientist, most famous for having built a (balanced) ternary computer, Setun, together with Sergei Sobolev in 1958.[1][2]
