Majid Al Futtaim Properties (ماجد الفطيم) is a Dubai, United Arab Emirates real estate developer and billionaire. As of 2011, his net worth was estimated by Forbes to be $1.2 billion, making him the 993rd richest person in the world.

The group develops shopping malls throughout the Middle East. In 2008, the group announced that it is building a large mixed-use development in Syria.[1]

The group operates the Mall of the Emirates, one of the world's largest shopping malls.[2]
