----Nayar Beach Jungle and River Town is a luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment complex in the form of a quaint Mexican town, which will located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit inside the current Grupo Mayan property. Nayar Town is part of the Vedanta Capital Group family. It is currently under construction and it's approximate opening date is set for 2011. Nayar Beach Jungle and River Town, aka Nayar Town for short, is located only 5 miles from Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport (PVR). The Mexican Style Town is planned to be one of the largest, most modern and luxurious towns in the country all while maintaining traditional Mexican architecture. Nayar Town will feature several acres of jungle, canals, lakes, a convention center, a concert arena, a fountain show, and a Vegas style permanent entertainment show. [http://nayartown.com] The town will also feature several luxury resort to accommodate travelers. Luxury resorts under development include a Mansions of the World Hotel, a Grand Luxxe resort and a The Grand Bliss resort. Currently existing luxury resorts include the Grupo Mayan brands known as Mayan Palace, The Grand Mayan and Sea Garden, all situated along the periphery of the town. Nayar Town will also offer several dining options, which will include gourmet Italian, Mexican and Asian food among others. Guests and visitors will be able to walk around the town, and take train or boat rides on the lakes. There will also be an Albatross Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus which will extend between the Nayarit jungle and Nayar Town itself.
