The American Accounts Payable Association (AAPA) is a professional association for accounts payable professionals. The Association provides education, support, and recognition for the accounts payable industry.

Education
AAPA publishes a bi-weekly electronic newsletter, "AP Journal Online". The publication shares up-to-date news, emerging trends, best practices, and professional standards for accounts payable professionals. In addition, the AAPA offers accounts payable training, in conjunction with its sister association the American Payroll Association.
