The Noor photo agency is an international photographic cooperative, headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. It was founded in September 2007 by nine photographers and a managing director. All nine photographers were well established, award winning photojournalists. The original founders were Samantha Appleton, Jodi Bieber, Philip Blenkinsop, Pep Bonet, Jan Grarup, Stanley Greene, Claudia Hinterseer, Yuri Kozyrev, Kadir van Lohuizen and Francesco Zizola.

In 2008 Jodi Bieber left the agency. In the same year Jon Lowenstein joined the agency.

The agency provides images for both regional and international newsmagazines with high circulation, among which are Time (magazine), Newsweek Magazine, Fortune magazine, The New Yorker, GEO (magazine), Stern, Paris Match, and Days Japan.
