Coretomic, Inc. is a private American multinational corporation, specializing in delivering products and services through its two corporate divisions: Interactive Contract Manufacturing for advertising agencies and Business Productivity Solutions for corporations.

Company history

Founded in Vermont in August, 2004 by Interactive Contract Manufacturing visionary David Castrucci; Coretomic, Inc. was formed as it acquired TaskForce, Inc. In late 2002, TaskForce deployed ColligoNet 2.0 to companies of all sizes across the US. This built the foundation for the Coretomic Patent Pending Dynamic Block Technology, which eliminated the needs for developers to build advanced function website.

In 2003, TaskForce set up Russian operations to further the development of ColligoNet. Pavel Romanovsky was hired to be the General Manager for Russian operations and to staff the company in areas such as project management, artwork design, software development, and web configuration and optimization.

In early 2004, (what would become) Coretomic identified a group of marketing and advertising agencies in Vermont as possible channel partners. Coretomic came to agreements with such firms to sell their products and services to their customers. Upon these agreements, Coretomic, Inc. was fully formed. As 2004 progressed, Coretomic increasingly sold and installed ColligoNet into a range of companies with varying disciplines and sizes. Later in 2004, Champlain College of Vermont adopted ColligoNet as the base tool implemented into the EBC 110 courses within the college. To date, greater than 1,000 students in both the United States and India have been trained and have passed their courses on ColligoNet.

From 2006-2007, Coretomic expanded the ColligoNet platform. Also during this time frame, ColligoNet Site Designer was built and delivered. In addition, other products were spawned from ColligoNet and were stealthily developed; including ColligoNet CRM, ColligoNet Digital Lock Box, and ColligoNet Business Chat. Some of these products were beta tested with strategic customers under a structured beta program. During this time frame, the company significantly increased staff in Russia and started testing the concept of Interactive Contract Manufacturing.

2008 saw Coretomic, Inc. launch its Interactive Contract Manufacturing campaign. Coretomic began staffing up in the United States in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Management. In addition, Coretomic added key personnel to its Advisory and Valuation Team (see below).
