"The Aftermath" is the debut EP by Israeli power/progressive metal band Acropolis, led by virtuoso guitarist Daniel Varfolomeyev.

The 7 track EP was recorded from January 2007 until June 2008 in 5 different studios in Israel and aborad as well. The EP was mastered by Mika Jusilla, who worked before with such artists as Children of Bodom, Nightwish and Stratovarius, and produced by the band's guitarist Daniel Varfolomeyev.

Although originally slated for release during the summer of 2008, the EP is due for release on October 13, 2008, in a special launch show with Solitary and Abrage.
