"The Aftermath" is a 1982 independent film. It focuses on three astronauts returning to Earth after a nuclear holocaust, although one dies in a crash landing. The remaining two encounter radioactive air and war survivors, both good and evil.
It was released in the UK with the alternate title "Zombie Aftermath".
