County Route 57 is a county highway in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States.

Route description

CR 57 runs entirely within Long Branch. Beginning at the intersection of Cedar (County Route 25) and Ocean Avenues, CR 57 extends north along Ocean Avenue to the intersection of Brighton Avenue. From there it continues north as Ocean Boulevard to the intersection of Joline Avenue (New Jersey Route 36), the northern terminus of CR 57. Ocean Boulevard continues north as part of Route 36.

History

County Route 57 was taken over as a county highway on May 14, 1987 as an exchange where County Route 14 and County Route 37 were decommissioned. [Resolution, Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, May 14, 1987]
