The Roman Catholic Diocese of Miri (Lat: Dioecesis Mirensis) is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in Malaysia.

Originally erected in 1959, as the Apostolic Vicariate of Miri, the diocese was formed from the vicariate of Kuching.

In 1976, the Vicariate was elevated to a full diocese. In 1997, the diocese lost territory to form the Apostolic Prefecture of Brunei. The diocese is currently a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Kuching.

The current bishop is Anthony Lee Kok Hin, appointed in 1977.
