The Roman Catholic Diocese of Melaka-Johor (Lat: "Dioecesis Melakanus-Giohoranus") is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in the Ecclesiastical province of Kuala Lumpur in Indonesia.
History
* February 4, 1558: Established as the Diocese of Malacca from the Diocese of Goa
* 1838: Suppressed
* September 10, 1841: Restored as the Apostolic Vicariate of Western Siam from the Apostolic Vicariate of Siam
* August 19, 1888: Promoted as the Diocese of Malacca
* September 19, 1953: Promoted as Archdiocese of Malacca
* February 25, 1955: Promoted as Metropolitan Archdiocese of Malacca–Singapore
* On December 18, 1972, the diocese was demoted as the Diocese of Malacca-Johor, when the Archdiocese of Malacca-Singapore was split into the the Archdiocese of Singapore and this diocese.
* On May 27, 1985, the name was changed to the diocese of Malaka-Johor. The diocese is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur
