The London Bridge Experience is a newly opened attraction in London, Tooley Street (Officially opened on 22nd February 2008). More specifically, it is housed within the vaults and tombs of London Bridge itself.At it's time of opening, the total cost of development was £2,000,000. A great deal of this money was spent on creating 'Holly-wood' style sets and scenes which build up the majority of 'the experience".
The London Bridge Experience and Tombs offers visitors a mix of history and horror. Upon entering the attraction guests will go around the London Borgde Experience which charts the history fo London Bridge with many twists and turns. Visitors come face to face with Vikings, Romans, Keeper of the Heads and many more.
The second part of the attraction which is optional, London Tombs is built within the vaults of London Bridge giving visitors a truly spine tingling experience. The London Tombs has been named "Easily Londons scariest attraction" (Most Haunted.com) and also "Easily the scariest place in the UK and the Most Haunted" (Most Haunted Live 2008)
The attractions is located close to London Dungeons however offers something new to London, horror on a new level wrapped with amazing history.
Although having been recently opened, it has attracted a great deal of attention both good and bad. One such case which has become one of great discussion is that of it's distinct similarity between itself and The London Dungeons [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_Dungeon] ; also a walk-in, roleplaying tour of historic London.
