Moara Vlăsiei is a commune in the southern part of Ilfov county, Romania. Its name means "Mill of the Vlachs", and was called Moara Săracă ("Poor Mill") until 1968. It is composed of two villages, Căciulaţi and Moara Vlăsiei.
