awards =Jose Alfredo Bozzano Baglietto was a Paraguayan captain, designer of the famous dockyards Paraguay and Humaitá that were used during the Chaco War. Since the Dockyards War and Navy made the feat to equip the army of weapons, projectiles, trucks and other war supplies and logistics.

Jose Alfredo Bozzano Baglietto was born on

Paraguay and during the constitutional government ofEligio Ayala (1924-1928). TheMarch 9 1925, was appointed director of the War and Navy dockyards, by decree 20297. InMarch 1927, the president commissioned him AyalaEurope for ordering the construction of two boats of army that would protect theParaguay River in the imminent war with Bolivia.
