Dubai Sports

Dubai Sports is a 24/7 sports channel based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The channel started in 1998 to be the home for sports news around the country and was awarded the privilege of showing different sports events locally and worldwide. It is one of the channels of Dubai Media Incorporated.

Channels

Dubai Sports has two sister channels: Dubai Sports 2 and Dubai Sports 3^[1].

On the 22nd of February 2010 Dubai Sports launched a new channel "Dubai Sports HD" broadcasting in High Definition on BADR4 Frequency 12169 Vertical 27500 3/4.

Dubai Sports shows different events locally and around the world, that include:

Football:

• Bundesliga - Germany
• UAE League - Local

Tennis:

• Davis Cup
• Dubai Tennis Championships
• Hopman Cup Exhibition tournament

And other events.
