According to the
United States Census Bureau , the town has a total area of 4.1square mile s (10.5km² ), of which, 4.1 square miles (10.5 km²) of it is land and 0.25% is water.Demographics
As of the
census GR|2 of 2000, there were 6,350 people, 2,271 households, and 1,934 families residing in the town. Thepopulation density was 1,568.0 people per square mile (605.4/km²). There were 2,483 housing units at an average density of 613.1/sq mi (236.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 93.43% White, 1.65% African American, 0.30% Native American, 1.76% Asian, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 1.17% from other races, and 1.62% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.17% of the population.In 2008, there were approximately 7,391 people living in the town.A new housing development is being built, and by 2012, the population is expected to be above 12,000.
There were 2,271 households out of which 43.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 78.6% were married couples living together, 4.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 14.8% were non-families. 12.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.80 and the average family size was 3.05.
In the town the population was spread out with 28.6% under the age of 18, 4.0% from 18 to 24, 33.0% from 25 to 44, 28.2% from 45 to 64, and 6.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 104.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.6 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $92,492, and the median income for a family was $93,990. Males had a median income of $72,625 versus $36,845 for females. The
per capita income for the town was $37,707. About 1.2% of families and 1.8% of the population were below thepoverty line , including 2.1% of those under age 18 and none of those age 65 or over.Education

Trophy Club is governed by a Council-Manager form of government, in which the mayor serves as figure head for the Town Council. The Town Council has 5 voting members, and the mayor votes only to break a tie.
