Belgium . It is predominantly French speaking, with a German speaking minority living along the eastern border withGermany andLuxembourg . It borders on (clockwise from the North) theNetherlands ,Germany ,Luxembourg and in Belgium the provinces of Luxembourg, Namur,Walloon Brabant (Wallonia ), and those ofFlemish Brabant and Limburg (Flanders).
