Manuel Seal, Jr. is a Grammy Award-winning American Hip-Hop/R&B record producer and songwriter.

Currently a staff songwriter and producer at Jermaine Dupri's So So Def Recordings, Manuel Seal, Jr. has co-written many hit songs including Usher's "You Make Me Wanna", "Nice and Slow", "My Way", & "My Boo"; Mary J. Blige's 2000 hit, "Give Me You"; and Mariah Carey's number one singles "Always Be My Baby" and "We Belong Together."

In 2006 he won a Grammy Award for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance for Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together."
