Voices In Your Head

Voices In Your Head is a co-ed a cappella group at The University of Chicago that performs a wide variety of rock, pop, R&B, and other genres of music. Along with frequent campus performances, the group has toured throughout the midwest, and is establishing itself as one of the premier collegiate a cappella groups in the midwest.

History

Voices In Your Head was formed in the fall of 1998. As the group developed, its concerts drew larger audiences and led to collaborative performances with groups like The Tufts University Beelzebubs, Washington University in St. Louis's After Dark. The group released its first live album, Sesquipedalia, in 2000, and its first studio album, On Point, in 2002, and has been releasing a new album every few years since. The group's newest album, Note To Self, was released on 05/23/2008, and has already met critical acclaim by having a track selected for the 2008 edition of the international a cappella compilation Voices Only [http://www.voicesonlyacappella.com/] Voices Only Official Website] .
