Arena is an island platformed Trax light rail station in Salt Lake City located adjacent to the EnergySolutions Arena. As part of both the Blue Line and the Green Line, it has service to the Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub, the West Valley Intermodal Hub, and Sandy. The station was opened on December 4, 1999, and is operated by the Utah Transit Authority.[2] It was originally the northern terminus of Trax until April 27, 2008 when the extension to the Intermodal Hub opened.[4]

Originally called Delta Center, when the name was changed at the arena to EnergySolutions Arena, the UTA Board of Trustees officially changed the station name to Arena in December 2006.[5] It was not renamed EnergySolutions after the UTA Board decided to no longer allow corporate names on stations.[6]
