Airline Highway ). LA 426 continues eastward and intersects LA 3245) (O'Neal Lane/O'Neal Lane Extension) before coming to an end at US 190 (Florida Boulevard) just west of theAmite River .LA 426 is an undivided, four lane highway from LA 73 (Jefferson Highway) to US 61 (
Airline Highway ). It then narrows to an undivided, two lane highway (with the exception of a brief portion near LA 3245 (O'Neal Lane/O'Neal Lane Extension) -- which is an undivided, five lane highway (with a middle turning lane)) until its terminus at US 190 (Florida Boulevard).Junction list
