Elliott is a small hilly neighborhood in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania's west city area. It has a zip code of 15220, and has representation on Pittsburgh City Council by the council member for District 2 (West Neighborhoods).

West End Overlook, located in Elliott, is one of the most scenic views in Pittsburgh. The West End Overlook recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation.

Elliott was once a thriving community full of local businesses. The closing of several housing communities has caused a deterioration the neighborhood. An active community group called the West End Elliott Citizens Council is located on Chartiers Avenue in the neighborhood.
