- Mother's Pizza
-
Mother's Pizza Parlour & Spaghetti House, commonly known as Mother's Pizza, was a pizza restaurant chain in Ontario, Canada from 1980[1] to 1992, and open in other places in Canada as late as 2002. The restaurants were run as a franchise by Mother's Restaurants, now defunct, originally based in Burlington, Ontario.[2]
The restaurants served customers in-house and provided pizza delivery service, with menus including such common Italo-American fare as pizza, garlic bread and pasta.
Toronto Blue Jays baseball player Ernie Whitt was an investor and the chain frequently ran "Ernie Whitt Specials" on pizza deliveries.
Mother's Pizza will be returning as it is being relaunched. The new website is http://www.mothersrestaurants.com/
