*Aznavour Noyemberyan were promoted to replace Impuls Dilijan.
*Homenmen-Skif Yerevan changed their name into ASS-SKIF Yerevan.
*Zvartnots Echmiadzin were renamed to SKA-Arai Echmiadzin.
*Homenetmen AOSS Yerevan changed their name into AOSS Yerevan.
*FC Shirak won their second Armenian championship.
