1995 in Armenian football

1995 in Armenian football was the fourth season of indepentent football after the split-up from the Soviet Union. For this season the Armenian Premier League was existed of 12 clubs in two groups of six. No championship was awarded, however the sixth ranked teams would relegate to the Armenian First League from where two other teams would promote to compete in the new format that started with the 1995-1996 season.

Premier League

*AOSS Yerevan changed their name into Homenetmen Yerevan.
*ASS-SKIF Yerevan were renamed to Homenmen Yerevan.

Pld = Matches played; W = Matches won; D = Matches drawn; L = Matches lost; GF = Goals for; GA = Goals against; GD = Goal difference; Pts = Points

* FC Yerevan and Karabakh Yerevan were promoted from the Armenian First League.
