Biography

Gary began his career as a disc jockey at 97.1 KLSX radio station in Los Angeles, CA in 1988 when the station was the Classic Rock hub for Southern California [http://www.bbstalkradio.com/Gary.php, BBS Talk Radio – Gary Garver] . When 97.1 added the controversial Howard Stern radio show in July of 1991, Gary bit the bullet and took on the awesome responsibility of producing the L.A. edition of Howard’s show. It wasn’t long before Gary himself became Howard’s right-hand man in the trenches; taking on interview assignments and tracking down Hollywood celebrities whenever and wherever he could. Gary soon made a name for himself provoking classic on air radio arguments with well known celebrities including O.J. Simpson, Joe Pesci, James Garner, Kristofferson aired on the Howard Stern Show. In addition, Gary has made numerous appearances on ‘The Howard Stern Radio Show’ televised nationwide on CBS and has even appeared with Howard and his band ‘The Losers’ on the now defunct ‘Magic Hour’ [http://www.howardstern.com/rundown.hs?d=1202360400 , Gary Garver’s Travelling Circus – The Howard Stern Show ] . In 2007, Gary launched GaryGarver.com. The website provides fans with clips of Gary’s interviews. In February 2008, Gary launched www.Exscape.tv. It’s an innovative internet TV network that is informative, fun and entertaining. On the same month, Gary created and produced the BBS Talk Radio [http://www.bbstalkradio.com/index.php, BBS Talk Radio] . It’s an interactive internet radio for professional and amateur broadcasters. Anybody who listens will be able to call in and get on the air. On April 1rst, 2008, the Gary launched GaryGarver.net. It’s an internet forum community and Gary Garver’s network of celebrities and fans.
