2007 VL305

2007 VL305

mp|2007 VL|305 is a Neptune Trojan discovered on November 04, 2007 by the Sloan Digital Sky Survey. It was first imaged in November 2005. Only five others Neptune trojans are known: mpl|2001 QR|322, mpl|2004 UP|10, mpl|2005 TN|53, mpl|2005 TO|74 and mpl|2006 RJ|103. They have the same orbital period as Neptune and orbit at the L4 Lagrangian point about 60 degrees ahead of Neptune.cite web

It has an inclination of 28 degrees.cite web

accessdate=2008-05-11] As of May 2008, this is the highest inclination of any known Neptune trojan.

With an absolute magnitude of 7.9, it has a diameter in the range of 65 to 150 km.cite web
