The Chaotic Wrestling (CW) Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling championship in Chaotic Wrestling. It is the primary championship in the promotion.[1]
The current champion is Handsome Johnny, who is in his third reign as champion. He defeated Brian Milonas at Breaking Point 2011 in Woburn, Massachusetts in a Triple Threat Match, which also featured Brian Fury.[2][3]
