V24 (boat)

V24 is the name of a one design Offshore Powerboat. The V24 was designed by Ocke Mannerfeld, and is called V24 not for the engine configuration, which is a V8 by Volvo Penta (5.7ltr GXi), but for the length of the hull, which is 24 foot long, and is a 'V' bottomed hull. The V24's race primarily in Sweden, Norway and England, although they also race in the USA.
