Scott Williamson is an American thru-hiker, famous for completing the first continuous one-season round trip of the
Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). Williamson completed the nowrap|"yo-yo" in 2004, walking from the Mexican border to the Canadian border and back in 197 days. Two years later, in 2006, he repeated the feat, cutting two weeks off his time.Williamson has walked the PCT five other times before these two attempts. He has also walked the
