Wade J. Cooperman

Wade J. Cooperman was president of E-Trade Clearing, LLC, in Rancho Cordova, California until April 2005. He spent 16 years as a mid-level executive at the Charles Schwab Corporation. He was a licensed stockbroker. In 1996, he joined a group of other former Schwab executives as a consultant to E-Trade. He was later hired as the manager of the margin department. Over time, he was given responsibility for additional departments until he headed all of clearing operations. When clearing operations was split out of E-Trade, he was made the president where he remained until his departure from the industry in April 2005.

On April 17, 2008, Cooperman was registered with FINRA by OM Securites, LLC, a subsidiary of optionMONSTER Holdings, Inc., located in Chicago, Illinois.
