Mazhuvannoor is a Panchayat in Ernakulam district in Kerala, India. Mazhuvannoor is geographically located near to the town of Kolenchery in the Ernakulam District.

St. Thomas Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church of Mazhuvannoor is a landmark of this area.

Mazhuvannoor according to geologists is rich in iron content. Once these areas were part of the Cochin kingdom, but during the colonial period the same was part of Travancore kingdom.

There is a chain of 4 Schools loacted in the middle of Mazhuvannoor. 2 Govt LP Schools, SRV UP School and MRSV High School. All the basic facilities including Bank, Post Office, Hospital are available in Mazhuvannoor.
