Company Culture

Original TPI marketing slogan: "We Evolve As You Evolve"

At one point, TPI was known to have had the most Microsoft partner points on the East Coast. This was mainly due to the many employees who were certified as one or more of the following: MCP, MCT, MCSE, MCSD and MCDBA.

Employees were hired in groups, starting with the first 5 in 1996. Once they were certified and billable, income was used to facilitate hiring the next group. Up to group D, the majority (about 80%) of the employees had previously worked as Windows support techs for a popular American online service provider.
