Immanuel Lutheran College is a Christian private school in Buderim, a suburb of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. Immanuel is one of the oldest schools on the Sunshine Coast dating back to 1979, when the Lutheran church decided to endeavour to make a distinctive Christian Education for the region.

This college has quickly grown from its starting 63 students to over 850 students ranging from Kindergarten, Prep, Junior School (Years 1-6) to Senior School (Years 7-12). Immanuel offers many sporting, vocational and academic opportunities.

College Motto

The College motto, Walk as Children of the Light, shows everyone Immanuel’s beliefs as a Christian School. The idea behind the motto being that Immanuel Lutheran College will be a shining light in a world which doesn't have Jesus Christ. Therefore Immanuel puts great emphasis to the ways that God has for the students.

The Subjects

Immanuel Lutheran College offers a large amount of subjects including; Drama, Music, Music Extension, Physical Education, Graphics, Physics, Biology and Engineering Technology. This school embarks to cater for all of the individual students individual needs.

MISSION STATEMENT

Immanuel Lutheran College is committed to providing a distinctive Christian education based on the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. All members of the school community are challenged to grow in their lives in Christ as they seek to fulfill their vocations.

Scholarships

Immanuel currently offer many scholarships ranging from Academic to Sport, catering for different student's excellences.
