The East Raleigh-South Park Historic District is the largest African-American neighborhood in Raleigh, North Carolina.cite web| last=Lewis | first=Ericka | title="Tourism Brochure Maps African-American Sites in NC" | work=| publisher="wral.com" | date=2000-02-14| url=http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/149953/ | accessdate=2008-03-25] The district, located south and east of downtown Raleigh, covers approximately 30 blocks and contains portions of the Smith-Haywood and St. Petersburg neighborhoods.
