Virgil Village is centered on Virgil Avenue, east of Vermont Ave., south of Silverlake, and north of MacArthur Park, in Los Angeles, CA. Los Angeles City College is on the northwest side of Virgil Village.
The name originated in the late 1990s; Virgil Village is considered part of East Hollywood along with Little Armenia and Thai Town
Virgil Avenue is lined with flowering trees, and the neighborhood is in bloom from March to May.
