Hornsey Road railway station was a railway station near
Finsbury Park , North London.It opened in
1872 by theTottenham & Hampstead Junction Railway and was located on Hornsey Road, from which it tooks its name. It was closed in1943 , and demolished soon afterwards. Its closure was due to due to wartime constraints and its close proximity to the neighbouring stations.
