Filipe RicardoPast members Yuri Nishida NX Zero (usually abbreviated as NX) is a Brazilian rock band formed in 2001 in Sao Paulo, the band consists Diego Ferrero (vocals), Leandro Rocha (guitar and backing vocals), Daniel Weksler (drums), Conrado Grandino (bass) and Filipe Ricardo (guitar).
The band released their debut album for the label Urubuz Records entitled Diálogo? in 2004. After this, the band signed with Arsenal Music / Universal Music and released four more albums: NX Zero in 2006, now in 2008,Sete Chaves, in 2009 and Projeto Paralelo in 2010. According to ABPD the Band has won two singles Disk Diamond, "Incontrolável" and "Consequência","Cedo Ou Tarde" with Platinum and "Razões e Emoções" with platinum, with a total of more than a 100 thousand downloads paid only in Brazil.
The band has so far seven singles at No. 1 on the Hot 100 Brazil: "Razões e Emoções", "Pela Última Vez", "Cedo ou Tarde", "Daqui Pra Frente, "Espero a Minha Vez", "Só Rezo" and "Não é Normal".
Nx Zero was in ninth place in the top 50 best selling CDs in Brazil. The debut of the boys, NXZero, had more than 145,000 copies sold, and the "DVD 62 mil horas até aqui", about 43 thousand. They received a proposal to rewrite the songs in other languages. They released songs in English and Spanish.

History
The band started around 2001, and officially on April 10, 2001. Formed by guitarist and vocalist Yuri Nishida. At the time, the band was a power trio, with only a guitar, bass and drums, and the name of the band was NX Zero Granada. It is for this reason that today, the lead singer, Diego Ferrero, has a tattoo of a grenade with wings on his back. Over time, the band took the shape it has today. The band stood out in Sao Paulo, where bands played as Hateen. Success does not come immediately because the musical style was not what went into the national media. Since 2004, no longer the singer Yuri Nishida, drummer NX Zero registered the name without the name Granada. The band began to grow more, and in 2006 took the top spots on radio stations in the country.
NX Zero was the first independent band to achieve the first position of the defunct music program "Disk MTV". After that done, the band signed with Universal Music, the same label bands and 22 CPM Hateen. The first single from his new CD titled, Beyond Me, now with the label, was a huge success and the band gained national prestige. The first major award received was the Multishow Brazilian Music Award 2007 in the category "Revelation". During that year, the NX Zero has partnered with the Armandinho "Especial MTV Estúdio Coca Cola." The second song was selected work Reasons and Emotions, which was the most successful single from the band so far, both on the radio, and on television. They also won the Video Music Brazil 2007 in the "Hit of the Year, Artist of the Year. The band released their third single from the album NX Zero, the song Last Time. Also launched in Brazil the new version of the song by Nelly Furtado, All Good Things, which featured participation by Di Ferrero on vocals.
The second CD NX Zero by a major label was titled Now, whose first single, the song "Sooner or Later" (made up for the Gee's father) who ranked first in the charts. This CD contains the same number of shares; bands good or bad is beyond words, the rapper Tulio Dek, and a chorus in the band Letters To You, with two members of the extinct group Rouge, Karin and Aline, beyond the range of Silence, which was Written by two members of the band Fresno.
In 2008, the vocalist, Di Ferrero, was the first Brazilian to receive the award at the awards slime of the cable channel Nickelodeon, and the band won three categories in which awards had been given in most popular Brazilian music, VMB [5].
On January 24, 2009, the American band Taking Back Sunday accused the Brazilian of the group NX Zero plagiarism in a chat broadcast in video on the internet. According to the band, NX Zero ripped off his song "MakeDamnSure," the album "Louder Now", 2006, from now on. "They take the chorus and sang the song in Portuguese with the same melody," said the American group. The members of Taking Back Sunday said they discovered the alleged theft of its melody through a Brazilian fan named Maurice. [6]
On October 20, the band released their fourth album of his career, titled Seven Keys. The album has sold well and are successful in the first single, the song "I hope the My Turn" which topped the charts in Brazil, being the 5th paragraph 1 of the band [7].
They released their new CD (The one with more grip hard-rock/rock-alternativo) entitled Parallel Project on November 1, 2010. Already launched the Web 0.2 Clip only pray on the 28th of October 2010 which has the participation of Rappers Emic and Yo Yo. The album, produced by Rick Bonadio, will bring four new songs and ten tracks recorded with new clothing and rappers sharing lead vocals with Di Ferrero. On the record, participating among Brazilians Whiner, Emic, Rincon Wisdom, Rappin 'Hood, Kamau, Gabrielle and Negra Li Among the foreign guests are Thugs Smoke, Aggro Santos, Freddie Gibbs, Kurupt (The Dog Pound), Yo Yo, plus DJ King and the other scratches. And on March 29, 2011 was released the DVD Parallel Project.

Past members
Yuri Nishida (born in Sao Paulo, on September 22, 1984) - Founded NX Zero in 2001 and Gloria in 2002, left the NX Zero in 2004 and Gloria in 2005 to form a band Granada, where he sang until May 2009. In 2010, Yuri emerged into a new band, vowe, which have already been offered some new songs from the EP on MySpace.
The old formation was a power trio: Yuri Nishida (guitar, vocals), Gee Rocha (bass) and Daniel Weksler (drums).
