Norm McNeil

Norm McNeil

Norman Francis McNeil (October 22, 1892 - April 11, 1942) was a reserve catcher in Major League Baseball who played briefly for the Boston Red Sox during the 1919 season. Listed at 5' 11", 180 lb. McNeil batted and threw right-handed. He was born in Chicago, Illinois.

In a five-game career, McNeil was a .333 hitter (3-for-9) with one RBI and a .400 on-base percentage without home runs.

McNeil died in Buffalo, New York at age 49.
