- Ignacio Rodriguez-Iturbe
Ignacio Rodriguez-Iturbe is an American scientist and is James S. McDonnell Distinguished University Professor at
Princeton University . Having received many awards and recognitions, he received the 2002 Stockholm Water Prize for his role in developing the science ofhydrology .He is a member of the US National Committee for the International Institute for Applied System Analysis since 2004.
He believes in evolutionary theory and global warming. He rejects intelligent design on a purely scientific basis.
Rodriguez-Iturbe was born in Venezuela.
