The University of Nebraska Curling Guild (UNCG) is the name of the collegiate curling team that represents the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. They are an officially recognized organization on the campus in Lincoln, and are affiliated with the Aksarben Curling Association. Their home arena is Tranquility Ice Rink in Omaha, Nebraska. The team, founded in late 2007, currently consists of four starting curlers, although other members of the guild have served as substitutes. The starters are:

Joel Schulte - Lead
Jason Grant - Second
Erik Mellgren - Third

Nancy Myers - Coach

Mellgren and Gibney have alternated the skip position throughout the season. The UNCG attended the College Curling National Championships in March 2008 in Chicago, Illinois, run by College Curling USA. The Guild was recently awarded a scholarship to play in the Irish Open.
